Meanings of dreams of killing a snake in Western culture

Killing a snake in a dream, according to some western dream analysis specialists, signifies that you have hope for the future and feel capable of overcoming obstacles to achieve your objectives; and this dream is -subtly- showing a sudden recognition that your conflicts and problems can be solved, maybe only now you are feeling ready or confident enough to face your personal fears or challenges.

If you experience this dream, it likely means that you have a strong desire to put an end to a circumstance that you feel is unjust or unreasonable, something that affects your daily routine or violates your personal values.

If you experience this dream, it is probably a sign that you are highly driven to alter a circumstance that you feel is unfair or irrational, something that conflicts with your daily activities, or something that violates your personal values.

Many people also see snakes as a metaphor for healing because serpent’s poison has been connected to medicine for hundreds of years. Thus, it makes sense that a sick person would consider murdering a snake and extracting its poison.

However, having such a dream is typically an indication that you are attempting to recover and are looking for methods to get better. It is not always a sign of recovery.

The message in this dream is to start over if you are unable to get rid of this reptile. You have come across a circumstance that calls for the introduction of fresh energies.

Dua for you

May the fasting (men) break their fast with you, and the pious eat your food, and the angels pray for blessing on you
